2005年、16歳からDJをスタート。 Turntablistとして、またCLUB DJとしての二面性を持つスクラッチに定評のあるDJ。

グルーヴに重点を置きつつも、安定感抜群のスクラッチを盛り込むSHINTAROのオリジナルスタイルはオーディエンスを確実に魅了し、CLUB 関係者からの評価も高く、現在のメインストリーム箱において最もスクラッチスキルを持つ人物と言っても過言ではない。

スクラッチにおいてはバトルDJ業界での評価も高くVestax主催の大会、No Tricks DJ Battleでは過去3度の優勝、DENON主催のオンラインスクラッチバトル、第10回大会unknown battle優勝など数々のバトルで優勝し実力を証明している。

また、フランスに本部を置くスクラッチコミュニティー『Beat4battle』とのスクラッチセッション 「Scratch Day」への参加やイタリア・ヒップホップ界の創設者でありスクラッチではイタリアの第一人者であるDJ GRUFFに誘いを受け、イタリアのスクラッチャーとのコラボレーションイベント『dare desuka?』に参加するなど海外との交流も深い。

他にもスクラッチ・バトルの模様や数々の著名なDJ、アーティストの映像を収録したDVD『ScratchiZm』への参加や、他にも様々なアー ティストへスクラッチ音源の提供等も行っている。

CLUB DJとしては2009年、当時外国人の人気投票ランキング1位のPUREというCLUBでレジデントDJへ就任。現在では渋谷CLUB CAMELOTで毎週末1000人を超える規模で開催されている金曜日のINTERNATIONAL CAMELOT、土曜日のWEEKEND CAMELOTのHIP HOP FLOORでレギュラーDJとしてフロアを沸かせている。

尚、毎週火曜日CLUB CAMELOTで開催されているHIP HOP,R&Bパーティー、SPOTLIGHTの第一週目のオーガナイズを担当、平日にもかかわらず400人規模のイベントを成功させるなどオー ガナイザーとしての一面も持っている。

最先端のスクラッチを武器に今後も活躍が期待されるDJ界のルーキーである。
